DTB’s Antitrust and Competition team supports clients in the field of vertical agreements, guiding them through EU and Croatian regulations to make sure they remain fully compliant with relevant laws at all times. We regularly assist clients from various industries (FMCG, pharma, media and telecoms, home appliances, food and beverages, etc.) in structuring of their distribution networks in Croatia, related to their relationships with suppliers, distributors and partners, and hold in-house competition trainings covering, inter alia, vertical restraints.
