The Croatian Competition Agency organized International Competition Conference on the occasion of its 25th anniversary in Zagreb, Croatia last week.
Prominent experts from the EU Member States, OECD, national competition authorities, industry and academia, as well as attorneys and judges, discussed the most recent issues relating to the implementation of competition rules in digital markets, assessing Regulation 1/2003 as well as the revised EU vertical block exemption rules.
DTB (DLC’s contributor for Croatia) actively participated in this exciting event and its Senior Partner Mario Krka contributed to one of the three panels, speaking on the topic of vertical rules and the related news and challenges, in particular concerning the new rules on selective and exclusive distribution.
