Welcome to the Distribution Law Center.

The Distribution Law Center is a new platform for lawyers, practitioners and students looking for essential information on distribution law.

The Distribution Law Center is driven by contrast, and supported by specialized contributors from all over the EU and from the UK. Law firms from no less than 26 jurisdictions will contribute with practice-oriented content. They will be presented to you in the coming weeks.

We are consciously seizing the momentum created by the review of the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (VBER), presumably the most important international legal instrument in the field of distribution agreements. The European Commission recently issued its first drafts of the revised VBER and Vertical Guidelines. Upon invitation of DG Competition of the European Commission, contrast prepared an Expert Report on some of the policy choices to be made.

We go live on 4 October 2021.

Until our launch date we will gradually reveal what you can expect from the Distribution Law Center. We will show how it is likely to become your one-stop-shop platform in distribution matters.

Be sure to follow the DLC-page on LinkedIn.  Stay tuned. You do not want to miss a single update.

Meet the DLC contributors

Distribution Law Center is made possible with the help of no less than 25 contributors from across the EU and the UK. Keep an eye on this page in the coming weeks, as we will present the law firms behind the DLC platform.

This week, we introduce to you: Musat & Asociatii, Dittmar & Indrenius, CMS, Pérez-Llorca and Philippe & partners. Make sure to go their websites and LinkedIn pages and learn more about their expertise!
