12 October 2023

The new EU regime on distribution agreements has blown out its first candle.

Business in the meantime has had the opportunity to come to grips with the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (‘VBER’) and the accompanying Vertical Guidelines. Many questions were raised, some were answered, and some remain.

The Distribution Law Center has had the chance to discuss the most frequently asked questions which the case team of DG Competition (European Commission), responsible for the VBER, received in the last year, as well as the answers which the case team gave to these questions.

We are happy to share these questions and answers with you during our 2nd Virtual VBER Event.
