Štěpán is a co-head of the commercial practice of the firm. He has significant expertise in contractual law and regularly advises clients on cross-border projects concerning complex distribution and agency systems in virtually all areas of business ranging from automotive to firearms.

He also assesses specific regulatory aspects of supplier‑buyer relationships.

Štěpán regularly publishes and shares his expert know-how in professional magazines, at specialized workshops or expert discussions.

Under his management, the firm won the Best Client Services category in the Law Firm of the Year competition in Slovakia in 2020 and 2021.
