Tomáš specialises in competition law. He advises clients on distribution systems, vertical restraints, and regulation of supplier-buyer relationships in the food industry. In his practice, Tomáš has conducted several in-depth analyses in the field of verticals, including effect-based assessments, participated in the representation of a key client before the Slovak National Competition Authority and the courts in a case regarding vertical agreement, and participated in seminars for clients regarding various aspects of their distribution activities.
