Join us online for our second Virtual VBER Event!

The Distribution Law Center is happy to invite you to join us online on 12 October 2023 for our second Virtual VBER Event.

The new EU regime on distribution agreements has blown out its first candle.

Business in the meantime had had the opportunity to come to grips with the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (‘VBER’) and the accompanying Vertical Guidelines. Many questions were raised, some were answered, and some remain.

The Distribution Law Center has had the chance to discuss the most frequently asked questions which the case team of DG Competition (European Commission), responsible for the VBER, received in the last year, as well as the answers which the case team gave to these questions.

We are happy to share these questions and answers with you during our second Virtual VBER Event.

In two hours, several DLC contributors will bring you up to speed with what you must know about 1-year new VBER.

Check out the events page on our website for the event programme and all practical information.

We hope to see you there!
