Couldn't attend the 4th edition of the Yearly Update on Verticals? The slides, recordings and Q&A are available on the website.
On 6 &7 June 2024 we had a fantastic reunion with all DLC contributors in the beautiful city of Brussels.
The event kicked off with a delightful dinner on Thursday, a perfect setting for our contributors to reconnect and share experiences.
Friday was filled with insightful sessions, starting with DG COMP who answered several questions on the interpretation of the VBER, followed by a presentation on the UK regime on vertical agreements post-Brexit by our esteemed UK contributor Annabel Borg from Eversheds Sutherland.
Our panel discussions, focusing on resale price maintenance, online sales and advertising, and procedural aspects of vertical cases, were also well-received.
In keeping with our promise, we’re happy to share some interesting materials from our meeting with you:
1) National distribution law developments: Check out the slide deck with an overview of recent distribution law developments across the EU and UK. The slide deck is a sequel to last year’s edition.
2) UK vertical regime insights: Find out more about the variances between the EU and the UK’s vertical regime here.
