With 9 years of experience as an antitrust case handler at the Polish Competition Authority, Irena has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of competition law and procedure. She has managed teams carrying out unannounced inspections of business entities and represented the Authority before the courts. Irena advises local and international clients on how to structure their distribution systems in compliance with EU and Polish competition law. She has also represented a client before the Authority and during judicial review of an RPM case.
