Konstantinos is a member of the firm’s competition law and antitrust practice group. He advises on all aspects of European, Greek, and cross-jurisdictional competition law matters, with an emphasis on investigations concerning cartels and similar collusive practices, abuse of dominance, antitrust compliance, and merger control proceedings, as well as State aid and other public restrictions of competition. He has also extensive experience in providing antitrust compliance and dawn raid trainings for clients. His expertise also involves the field of European law in its widest sense, including in particular sector-specific regulation, EU trade law, e-commerce & digital markets.
Prior to joining KG, Konstantinos was practicing competition law with leading law firms in Brussels and in Greece and has also worked at the Competition Team of the European Commission’s Legal Service.
He has taught EU law and competition law at the University of Oxford and has published papers in journals and edited volumes in the field of EU competition law.
Konstantinos is a Lecturer at the European Law and Governance School, teaching EU consumer law, and holds a teaching position at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, offering lectures on competition law in the pharma sector.
Konstantinos was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2015 (currently admitted before the Court of Appeals) and joined KG in 2023.
