Master of Law (Mgr.)

Radek specializes in commercial contract law and intellectual property law, including effective enforcement of industrial property rights. In addition to standard types of contracts, he focuses, in particular, on the relationships involved in the development, licensing and protection of technologies and the related know-how, as well as on setting up distribution, franchise and dealer concepts and mechanisms. He also deals with unfair competition and provides expert advice to start-ups. In recent years, he has frequently provided legal advice to several important Czech and foreign clients in the above-mentioned areas, including several multinational franchising networks.
