Lars Hettstedt specialises in antitrust and distribution law. He advises on all aspects of German and EU antitrust law, in particular on mergers, cartel agreements, market dominance, distribution agreements, cooperation agreements and the enforcement of damages claims against cartel members. He designs compliance systems and has conducted numerous internal investigations into compliance incidents.
