In a 2-hour online lunch session, we will give you our key take aways for 2023-2024.
The past year has been a productive one, both at the EU and national level, and this year’s session will include a practical Q&A on topics such as:
- Resale price maintenance, with EU and national cases in Super Bock, Le Creuset and Samsung.
- Territorial and customer restrictions, with the Commission’s hefty fine on Mondelez.
- Online sales and advertising restrictions, with EU and national cases in Booking.com, Rolex and Caudalie.
- Information exchange in (dual) distribution relations.
