The new Vertical Block Exemption Regulation ('VBER') and Vertical Guidelines have been in force for just over a month now, and the DLC contributors have of course immediately started exploring the new rules. TGS Baltics Estonia organised, in cooperation with DG COMP, a virtual event on ‘New Competition Rules for Distribution and Supply Chains’. contrast, the Belgian contributor, has been organizing workshops for clients, federations, but also VPG (an association of lawyers of the Brussels Bar).
