DG Competition publishes summary of comments received in context of VBER review

The European Commission has published a summary of the contributions received in response to the public consultation on the draft revised Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (VBER) and the draft revised Vertical Guidelines.

Contributions were made by 152 stakeholders, and six national competition authorities.

Conclusions are summarized in a 16 page document, available here.
