Distribution Law Center Yearly Update on Verticals – The recordings, Q&A document and slides from the 10 October 2024 seminar are now available online.
The European Commission has published a summary of the contributions received in response to the public consultation on the draft revised Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (VBER) and the draft revised Vertical Guidelines.
Contributions were made by 152 stakeholders, and six national competition authorities.
