DLC Meet-up 2024 - Everything you need to know

It was great to meet with distribution law aficionados from all over the EU and UK during the 2nd Distribution Law Center’s meet-up in Brussels.

The Meet-up was filled with insightful sessions, starting with DG COMP who answered several questions on the interpretation of the VBER, followed by a presentation on the UK regime on vertical agreements post-Brexit by our esteemed UK contributor Annabel Borg from Eversheds Sutherland.

In the afternoon with had some interesting panel discussions, focusing on resale price maintenance, online sales and advertising, and procedural aspects of vertical cases.

Materials

We’re happy to hereby share some interesting materials from our meeting with you:

  • National distribution law developments: Check out the slide deck with an overview of recent distribution law developments across the EU and UK. The slide deck is a sequel to last year’s edition.
  • UK vertical regime insights: Find out more about the variances between the EU and the UK’s vertical regime here.
