As of November 2021 the Distribution Law Center will issue on a regular basis brief updates on the preparations for the new block exemption regulation on vertical agreements.
This countdown will provide hands on insight into what is cooking at the EU level. Important developments will be placed in context and areas where legal certainty is not guaranteed will be highlighted.
