A new edition of Vertical Agreements in EU Competition Law is forthcoming alongside a series of local editions

We received a lot of questions on a new edition of our book Vertical Agreements in EU Competition Law, and we can confirm that a fourth edition is in the make. So are a series of local editions by DLC contributors, making this again a truly exceptional European publication project.

The book will be a major update of the previous edition, including a new chapter on e-commerce and recent case-law, and cover all aspects of vertical agreements under the regime of Regulation 2022/720 and the Vertical Guidelines. The local editions will add a national dimension, including an additional chapter with the competition and business law practice on verticals in the jurisdiction concerned.

The fourth edition will be published end of 2024/beginning of 25 and thus far there will be 15 local editions covering:

Austria / Germany, Belgium / The Netherlands, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus / Greece, Denmark, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Sweden. We hope to add others in the months to come.

Whether you are a practitioner, a scholar, or a student, this book will help you navigate the complex and evolving field of vertical agreements in EU competition law.

Keep an eye on our social media for more information about the publication date and how to order your copy!
