On 4 & 5 June 2026 we welcomed the contributors from the Distribution Law Center to Brussels for our annual June Meet-up, a great opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas, and catch up in an informal setting. It’s wonderful to see how, after 4 editions, the DLC has grown into a strong and connected community.
We kicked off the event with a relaxed dinner on Thursday evening, overlooking The National Golf Brussels. On Friday, we moved into a full day of discussions and insights, covering topics such as RPM and online sales restrictions. We were also pleased to welcome Ms. Géraldine Fages from the European Commission, who shared valuable perspectives on territorial supply constraints.
With 2026 being a milestone year (the network will celebrate its fifth anniversary in October), we took a moment to reflect on the future and how we can continue to evolve.
In keeping with our promise, we’re happy to share some interesting materials from our meeting with you:
1) National distribution law developments: Check out the slide deck with an overview of recent distribution law developments across the EU and UK. The slide deck is a sequel to last year’s edition.
