Robert specialises in competition law. He participates in advising clients on many competition issues connected to vertical agreements, including vertical restraints, setting up distribution systems and creating tailor-made comprehensive compliance programs. In his practice, Robert has participated on the representation of clients before the Czech Competition Authority in several RPM cases and participated in the seminars for clients regarding overall competition compliance and various aspects of vertical agreements block exemption regulation.
