I have a broad experience in European and Belgian competition law matters, including advisory work on various aspects of distribution law matters, including the set-up of selective and exclusive distribution networks. I am a trainer in contrast’s competition law program, with a specific focus on trainings in the field of distribution law. I published several articles on various competition law topics (see, e.g., the recent publication on the abuse of economic dependence (RDC-TBH, 2021/4, p. 518-527)) and was closely involved in the publication of the third edition of the monograph published by Oxford University Press on ‘Vertical Agreements in EU Competition Law’ (third edition, Oxford University Press 2018, 462 p.).
