I am a specialist in EU, competition and distribution law. I advise companies and assist them before the EU Commission, the national competition authorities and the courts. I regular speak at conferences on distribution law matters. My most recent publications include the third edition of the monograph published by Oxford University Press on ‘Vertical Agreements in EU Competition Law’ (third edition, Oxford University Press 2018, 462 p., with F.
