Our team has advised several suppliers in investigations carried out by the French Competition Authority (“FCA”), in particular in sectors such as high-end bikes (Decision 20-CSO-02), mobile liquid fuel heaters (Decision 16-D-17) and toy distribution (Decision 07-D-50).

We also had the opportunity to assist a distributor in an investigation regarding the video games sector (FCA, Decision 15-D-18), and a CEO, prosecuted for having fraudulently taken a personal and key part in the conception of anti-competitive cartel in the construction sector (2019-2021).
